Coaching
Although there are many self-help books out there people often read them and then put them to one side without taking action. Learning through experience by being coached or attending a course is brilliant because your own preferred learning style can be catered for. This then allows future access to the memory of how to do it effectively from your own mind- body -emotion. Coaching allows feedback so that strategies can be fine tuned and any blocks removed if they arise.
The following is an overview of skills, strategies and knowledge to lead students to their optimum performance through a synthesis of the whole mind-body-emotion-spirit.

- Learning state + polarity balance of brain hemispheres.
- Creating a good learning environment.
- Getting started and using time effectively.
- Elicit learning styles
- Enhancing the memory via the sub-modalities.
- Individual elicitation of learning style memorisation & triggers.
- Eye accessing cues
- Basic memory techniques, including multi-sensory learning.
- Removal of blocks & limiting decisions via NLP, TLT.
- Using the Learning state and the four types of brain wave.
- Advanced techniques - e.g. Speed reading, roman room method, the technique of the seven ancients.
- Self awareness of the mind body spirit connection. Priming the unconscious mind.
- Modelling other people's successful methods and anchoring them.
Each session focuses on the needs of the individual student and will include the appropriate skills, techniques and knowledge from the above list.
