Synthesis learning through mind, body, emotion and spirit

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP is like language it is used for everything. It describes our subjective experience which is generated by our identity, beliefs and values, strategies (internal & external), body postures and emotions. Through the elicitation of current strategies and installation of enhanced or new strategies optimum performance can be attained. As well as enhancing learning performance NLP is excellent at eliminating stress due to worry and inappropriate thinking patterns for exams, driving tests and interviews.

NLP History

NLP was created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970s. They observed and analysed people who were excellent in their chosen field of work and modelled how they were so successful. Amongst these were Virginia Satire the family therapist and Milton Erickson the Hypno-Therapist.
